Group Project & Corporate Finance Manager
Job Description
FK International is partnering exclusively with an ambitious, fast-growing renewable energy business to appoint a Group Project & Corporate Finance Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-backed, entrepreneurial company with significant growth ambitions, playing a central role in financing and delivering a substantial pipeline of renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial modelling, project valuations and investment analysis across renewable energy projects.
- Manage project finance debt raises, working closely with lenders, advisors and legal teams through to financial close.
- Evaluate new investment opportunities, funding structures and commercial returns.
- Support strategic planning, capital raising and the expansion of the Group's project portfolio.
Requirements for this Role
- 5+ years' experience in project finance, corporate finance or infrastructure investment.
- Advanced financial modelling skills and strong understanding of debt financing.
- Experience in renewable energy transactions, M&A or project financing.
- Relevant professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent).
- Commercially astute, ambitious and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
This is a high-impact role offering significant transaction exposure, direct engagement with senior leadership and a clear pathway towards a senior leadership position as the business scales.
The role is based on-site 4 days per week in Dublin City Centre with one hybrid day.
