Sales Representative

Are you passionate about renewable energy and eager to make a positive impact on your community? We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Community Solar Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in connecting residential Eversource and National Grid customers in Bristol and surrounding counties, with the benefits of local community solar farms and helping home owners schedule rooftop solar consultations.

No experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and desire to earn are required! We'll provide you with industry training so that you can help customers save money on their electricity costs.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Engage with residential and small business utility customers in your community

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in energy, our community and rooftop offerings. You'll be expected to articulate the financial and environmental aspects of the service convincingly.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to get around Bristol and the adjacent counties
• Must pass our Background Check screening
• Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.
• Self-Motivated: A self-starter with the ability to work independently, handle rejection and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility: Willingness to learn new knowledge and skills, plus adapt to a dynamic and evolving industry.
