FINISH Mondial Foundation (FMF) aims to create a world where people are financially secure and have access to safely managed water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) services. The foundation also supports solutions for solid waste and greywater management that are adaptive to climate change and contribute to climate mitigation through a sanitation circular economy. By addressing these issues, FMF directly and indirectly contributes to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), driving meaningful global impact.
This is a volunteer role with the FINISH Mondial Foundation, based on-site in Bengaluru. Volunteers will support various projects, such as facilitating WASH initiatives, coordinating community outreach programs, conducting research, and assisting in program monitoring and evaluation. Additional responsibilities may include contributing to awareness campaigns, working directly with local communities, and supporting project documentation and data management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with communities, teams, and stakeholders.
- Research, analytical skills, and ability to support program monitoring and evaluation.
- Organizational and project management abilities to assist with planning and delivering activities.
- Knowledge or interest in sustainability, climate adaptation, WASH initiatives, or related fields.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and capacity to collaborate in dynamic, diverse settings.
- Prior experience in community work or NGOs is a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in social sciences, environmental studies, or a related area is advantageous.
