IMPORTANT NOTE: ? EXIST eligibility requirement: Candidates must have obtained their most recent university degree (BSc or MSc) within the last 5 years and a valid work permit. This is a formal requirement of the EXIST scholarship program — not a reflection of the seniority or experience level we're looking for. 


We combine:

  • technical modeling,
  • financial analysis,
  • and optimization workflows
  • for solar PV and battery energy storage projects.


Our goal is to help developers, IPPs, investors, and infrastructure stakeholders make better decisions during the early-stage planning and investment process.


We’re entering a new stage as a company: transitioning from technical validation and pilot projects toward scalable commercialization and productization.


We’re looking for someone who can operate close to the founder across:

  • strategic growth,
  • partnerships,
  • customer discovery,
  • commercialization,
  • and ecosystem development.

  • This is not a traditional enterprise sales role.


    We’re looking for a highly proactive, systems-oriented person who is comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping shape how a deep-tech infrastructure company goes to market from the ground up.

    You might be a strong fit if you have experience in areas such as:


    • Climate-tech, renewable energy, storage, infrastructure, or energy systems
    • Strategic partnerships, ecosystem building, or founder-office roles
    • Commercializing technical products (software, analytics, optimization, engineering tools, AI systems)
    • Working across technical + commercial stakeholders
    • Structuring pilots, customer discovery, GTM motions, or early-stage growth systems
    • Renewable project development, IPPs, BESS, energy markets, infrastructure funds, or technical advisory environments
    • Operating in early-stage startups or highly ambiguous environments


    What you’ll help shape:

    • Pilot-to-recurring revenue conversion pathways
    • Strategic partnerships (developers, IPPs, consultancies, integrators, OEMs, investors)
    • Product positioning and commercialization strategy
    • Customer discovery and stakeholder mapping
    • Founder-office operational leverage and growth systems
    • Lightweight CRM and commercial operating cadence
    • Market-entry hypotheses and ecosystem intelligence
    • Strategic narratives bridging engineering, finance, and infrastructure decision-making

    About us:

    • Strategic headquarters in Berlin
    • Technical and modeling presence in Argentina
    • ? International and interdisciplinary team across energy, engineering, AI, and infrastructure
    • ? Connected to the German renewable and startup ecosystem, including networks linked to AHK-Argentina and TU Berlin


    Setup & practicalities:

    • ? Berlin-based preferred (or strong willingness to spend significant time in Germany initially)
    • ? Remote-friendly culture
    • ?️ German is a strong plus, but not mandatory
    • ⏱️ Start ASAP preferred


    Compensation:

    • Funded through a major German EXIST-backed startup program : €2,500 to €3,000/month depending on profile 
    • Early-stage compensation + meaningful long-term upside
    • High ownership and exposure across company-building decisions
    • Opportunity to grow into broader strategic leadership responsibilities over time

    • Short strategic/collaborative exercise based on real company questions
