Event Sales Consultant - Remote

We specialize in high-performance LED lighting solutions, offering wholesale pricing and fast delivery and shipping across the United States. In addition, we work with commercial customers and contractors to identify lighting retrofit opportunities, including projects that qualify for utility rebate programs that significantly reduce upgrade costs.
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Territory Sales Representative to help grow Fidelighty’s contractor network and commercial lighting retrofit projects.
Building relationships with electrical contractors and commercial buyers
In this role, you will work both existing leads in our CRM and proactively prospect new opportunities, guiding deals from initial outreach through closing.
This position is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is comfortable managing their own pipeline with uncapped earning potential.
Work an existing pipeline of contractor leads and opportunities in CRM
Conduct outbound calls, email outreach, and (when applicable) in-person visits
Prospect electrical contractors, business owners, facility managers, and property managers
Identify new project opportunities and develop new accounts
Identify lighting retrofit opportunities for commercial buildings
Provide project pricing and quotes for lighting solutions
Follow up consistently on bids, projects, and opportunities
Track all sales activity, opportunities, and follow-ups in CRM
Collaborate with internal team to move projects through quoting, rebate, and purchasing processes
Visit contractors locally when opportunities arise (if applicable)
Experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or business development
Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
Comfortable with cold outreach and consistent follow-up
Organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and accounts
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
Interest in lighting, construction, energy efficiency, or commercial sales is a plus
Experience in contractor, construction, or building materials sales is helpful but not required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (not required)
