About The Role

Qualifications
- A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in developing effective AI or machine learning solutions, preferably within industrial environments, digital services, or process optimization contexts.
- Proficiency in Python and common AI/ML frameworks; experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Databricks, and tools like Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, MLflow, and agent frameworks is advantageous.
- Strong ability to translate data models into robust applications, services, and process improvements, with knowledge of data quality management, model validation, explainable AI, and cloud/edge architectures.
- Analytical, goal-oriented, and independent working style with excellent communication skills. Fluency in German and English is required.
- Design and develop data-driven AI solutions for products, systems, digital services, business processes, and internal applications, from initial concept to scalable deployment.
- Analyze technical, operational, and business data to create models and applications that support improvements, automation, and informed decision-making.
- Utilize advanced AI technologies including machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, computer vision, time series analysis, explainable AI, and agent technologies for various industrial and business applications.
- Develop data and model pipelines, support MLOps processes, and ensure solutions are scalable and reliable across cloud and edge architectures, with attention to data privacy, security, and operational stability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into impactful AI use cases that foster innovation and add value to the organization.
