About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing solar and energy storage projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will coordinate between various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to facilitate smooth project execution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in renewable energy project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that promote sustainable energy solutions on a global scale.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the renewable energy sector, particularly in solar or energy storage projects. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, renewable energy, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is essential. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are necessary to effectively manage diverse teams and stakeholder expectations. Familiarity with local and international regulations, permitting processes, and environmental standards relevant to renewable energy projects is also highly desirable. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in German is an advantage.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of solar and energy storage projects.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and executive management.
- Facilitate effective communication among all project participants and resolve any issues promptly.
- Oversee procurement processes, contract negotiations, and quality assurance activities.
- Support post-project evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
