Manager - Finance & Accounting
Ihre Aufgaben
- Lead our accounting and financial reporting processes across the holding and project entities, ensuring compliance with HGB (and IFRS where applicable).
- Coordinate and manage quarterly and annual closings, including consolidation, reconciliations, and audit preparations.
- Develop and maintain robust budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity management frameworks to support strategic decision-making.
- Streamline workflows between external accountants, tax advisors, auditors, and internal teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.
- Oversee project-level financial structuring, including debt drawdowns, equity injections, and intercompany transactions.
- Support investor reporting and provide clear, data-driven insights on project performance and portfolio management.
- Collaborate with the leadership team on financing strategies, M&A transactions, and long-term value creation initiatives.
- Implement scalable financial systems, tools, and processes to support the company’s growth path.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally in a high-growth environment or the renewable energy sector.
- Solid knowledge of HGB; IFRS understanding is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Hands-on attitude, attention to detail, and comfort operating in a dynamic startup environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with modern finance tools (e.g. DATEV, Qonto, Notion, DocuSign).
