As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you are a full-time operator & builder. You own projects with a strong execution component while still shaping how we do things. The following tracks are designed for Bachelor Graduates with a 70% execution and 30% project work focus:

First 4 weeks: full focus on hands-on execution in Sales to build deep market understanding, sharpen messaging, and develop strong pipeline intuition.

After week 4: gradual expansion into side projects (30%), while continuing to drive Sales performance.

We operate with high ownership, speed, and clarity — we strive for excellence in both execution and systems-building.

Sales & Business Development (70%)

You are responsible for driving pipeline and revenue through consistent, high-quality execution.

  • Run structured outreach cadences (calls, emails, follow-ups) across defined regions/segments
  • Own and actively manage pipeline stages; maintain clean and reliable CRM data
  • Prepare and deliver sales materials for meetings, pitches, and negotiations
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up and internal coordination to move deals forward
  • Continuously improve messaging based on market feedback and conversion insights

Side Project Track (30%)

After the initial onboarding phase, you will take ownership in one of the following areas:

Project Development

Drive operational excellence in project execution and scalability.

  • Support coordination of selected projects (stakeholders, timelines, communication)
  • Structure project roadmaps and track key milestones
  • Identify bottlenecks across projects and propose pragmatic solutions
  • Contribute to standardising tools, processes, and templates

Marketing & Communications

Strengthen how we reach, position, and convert our audiences.

  • Execute campaigns and support content distribution across channels
  • Help develop and refine messaging for key audiences (e.g. landowners, municipalities)
  • Contribute to scalable formats (e.g. webinars, events, playbooks)
  • Support alignment between marketing initiatives and sales needs

People & HR

Build strong foundations for hiring, onboarding, and team development.

  • Support recruiting processes (sourcing, coordination, candidate experience)
  • Help run onboarding and internal routines
  • Maintain structure across HR tools and pipelines
  • Contribute to employer branding and team experience initiatives

  • Consistent, high-quality sales execution and pipeline growth
  • Strong ownership and reliability in your side project area
  • Ability to move from execution → identifying patterns → improving systems
  • Clear communication, fast iteration, and a high bar for quality

Ihr Profil

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree (e.g. Business, Engineering, Law, Energy, Agriculture or similar)
  • Typically 1–2 previous internships or working student roles in fast-paced environments (startup, consulting, finance, project dev, sales, etc.)
  • Strong bias to action: you like to take responsibility, move things forward and learn on the way
  • You are comfortable with ownership: you can drive a topic from idea to implementation with limited guidance
  • Solid numerical & tool skills (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides; CRM / Notion / similar tools are a plus)
  • You are curious, ask good questions and like to build systems and routines, not just do one-off tasks
  • High motivation to work on real projects with impact in renewable energy and Agri-PV
  • Mother tongue in German, good English
