As Associate - Asset Management, you will be responsible for the operational and financial performance of our renewable energy assets throughout their lifecycle. You will ensure optimized operations, manage key external stakeholders, and serve as the primary contact for long-term investor relations.

- Oversee day-to-day operational performance of solar and storage assets, ensuring maximum availability and yield through proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and optimization.
- Coordinate with O&M providers, technical advisors, grid operators, and local authorities to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance.
- Manage technical and commercial contracts, including O&M agreements, lease contracts, and power offtake arrangements.
- Lead periodic asset performance reviews, benchmarking key KPIs against technical and financial targets.
- Consolidate operational and financial data into clear reports and insights for investors and the leadership team.
- Prepare and present quarterly and annual asset performance reports to investors, ensuring transparency and credibility in all communications.
- Support refinancing, repowering, and divestment activities by coordinating technical, financial, and legal workstreams.
- Collaborate closely with the development, finance, and engineering teams to ensure seamless handover from project completion to long-term operation.
- Drive digitalization and automation of asset management processes to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in asset management, project operations, or investment management — ideally in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong understanding of technical and commercial aspects of solar or battery energy assets.
- Excellent communication and investor-facing skills with high attention to detail.
- Proactive, analytical mindset and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with data and reporting tools; knowledge of SCADA or monitoring platforms is a plus.
- Genuine enthusiasm for sustainability, clean energy, and long-term asset value creation.
