By repurposing geological formations that either naturally contain CO₂ or are designated for carbon capture and storage (CCS), we transform passive storage sites into active, sustainable energy resources. Our technology leverages the unique thermophysical properties of CO₂ to unlock significantly more viable sites than conventional geothermal energy – without fracking, without new drilling technologies, and by building on existing infrastructure and know-how.

Turn your expertise into climate impact

You will take full responsibility for the project management for one of our Power Plant projects. You will work closely together with Jörg, Michael and Felix (our executive team). Your mission is to manage project execution and collaboration between our internal and external specialists’ groups. 


Your main tasks:

  • Lead and coordinate geothermal power plant projects, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Manage permitting and regulatory processes and act as main interface to authorities and municipalities.
  • Negotiate with landowners, municipalities, grid operators, and key local stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external consultants, engineers, and contractors.
  • Support commercial structuring and contract negotiations (land, grid, partners).
  • Monitor regulatory developments and manage project risks.
  • Prepare project status reports for management and decision-making bodies.
  • Represent projects in public and stakeholder meetings.



What you bring:

  • 5+ years experience in project development or delivery of energy or infrastructure projects (ideally geothermal).
  • Experience with permitting, stakeholder management, and complex negotiations.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills; able to manage projects independently.
  • Solid understanding of power plant or energy infrastructure projects.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Earth, GIS.
  • Fluent in German and English (Croatian a plus).
  • Willingness to travel.
