Electrical Technician O&M
This role is based in Arlington, VA. On-site presence is required.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technician to join our (Electrical) team within the, Operation and Maintenance (O&M) department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our renewable energy projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems in renewable energy projects.
- Create and complete work tickets.
- Responsible for assigned operations and maintenance activities associated with the utility scale PV projects.
- Respond to emergency outages that require facility and generator restorations.
- Monitor and report on the performance of systems, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Technical diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a technician, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and maintenance practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Work Location, Remote Work, and Travel:
- This position will be based in the Arlington, VA. Travel may be required throughout Virginia and the mid-Atlantic region up to 25% of time
