Talent Acquisition Manager (f/m/x)
We are looking for an exceptional individual to join ExoMatter as a Talent Acquisition Manager (f/m/x). In this role, you will be responsible for driving the hiring process to manage our ambitious growth.

ExoMatter is a spin-off of the German Aerospace Center (DLR) and part of the UnternehmerTUM family of startups. We have a first product on the market with paying customers like CMBlu and BSH and a strong upward trajectory.

Tasks
- You will own and continuously improve our entire hiring process - from defining needs and sourcing to ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and building a scalable recruiting infrastructure
- Write job postings and clarify requirements for new hires in close collaboration with the hiring manager
- Screen CVs for fit with our company and values as well as the requirements of the position
- Set up, manage, and lead screening interviews with candidates as the first interview stage; document results and manage the funnel
- Support later stages of the interview process by coordinating interview schedules with the hiring manager
- Track and analyze hiring metrics (time-to-hire, source efficiency, funnel conversion) to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen our employer brand through social media, events, and content highlighting our mission and team
- Occasionally carry out active sourcing of talent, for instance through LinkedIn
- Occasionally collaborate with external recruiters
Requirements
- You hold a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field — or have gained equivalent practical experience in recruiting
- You have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or scaleup company and with an international team
- You have excellent people skills and can easily convey our company values and identify candidates matching those
- You are a positive and outgoing person and don't mind speaking with people all day
- You have an appreciation for deeply technical and scientific topics and roles
- You live in the Munich area or are willing to move there (support with finding housing is provided)
- You are willing to work at least 50% of your time on-site
- Fluent in spoken and written English & German
