Job Summary

This role focuses on ensuring positive client experiences through communication, quality monitoring, and issue resolution. Responsibilities also include project coordination and liaising with the Client Solutions team. This is a remote position requiring a personal workstation and stable internet (100 Mbps download/30 Mbps upload) and professional English proficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Onboard clients, provide technical support, give project updates, build relationships, manage feedback, resolve issues, schedule client meetings, support data analysis, review SLA data, and address complaints.
  • Handling client inquiries
  • Project Kick-off and Management: Schedule and lead kick-off calls, send summary emails, update teams on project scope, ensure daily email responses, and update the CRM.
  • Data Tracking: Document progress, maintain protocols, and process project stage movements.
  • Invoicing: Update CRM invoice statuses, coordinate with the Invoicing team, and manage client preferences.
  • Client Onboarding: Exchange contacts, introduce teams, overview workflows, and understand client needs.
  • Team Coordination: Liaise with Client Solutions and Team Leads on capacity, and cover client issues during the Director of Operations’ time off.
  • Project Outsourcing and Vendor Management: Facilitate client/vendor communication, manage vendor relationships, approve invoices, maintain Dynamics data, update trackers, and optimize communication.


Key Requirements

  • Education: Degree in business administration, commerce, marketing, or sales; Team Management certifications (PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, SSGI) are an asset.
  • Experience: Previous client-facing role experience (sales, account management, customer service, customer success, etc.); structural/electrical engineering and renewable energy experience are assets.
  • Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication, numbers-oriented, critical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
  • Technical skills: CAD Drafting, data analysis and visualization, CRM experience, and Google Suite proficiency are assets.
