About the Role:

This is a research-focused role that supports the sales team by identifying target companies, researching decision-makers, and maintaining accurate prospect data.

This is not a direct sales or commission-based position. The primary focus is research, lead generation, prospect qualification, and CRM management.

What You'll Do:

• Research companies that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
• Identify key decision-makers using LinkedIn and prospecting tools
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists
• Verify company and contact information
• Conduct market and company research
• Maintain accurate records in CRM platforms
• Track prospecting activities and ensure data quality
• Collaborate with the sales team to support pipeline development
• Use AI tools and other resources to improve research efficiency
• Suggest improvements to prospecting strategies and tools

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• Experience in lead generation, prospecting, online research, sourcing, or sales support
• Experience researching companies and identifying decision-makers
• Experience building prospect lists and maintaining CRM records (Salesforce, Dynamics, Apollo, Salesloft, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Comfortable using AI tools to support research and prospecting tasks
