EPC Solar - Electrical Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced EPC Solar - Electrical Superintendent to oversee and manage electrical installations on solar projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical work is completed safely, on time, and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards. You will lead a team of electricians and subcontractors, providing guidance and support while ensuring high-quality workmanship. Daily responsibilities include coordinating electrical activities, conducting site inspections, and troubleshooting electrical issues as they arise.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of solar power projects. You will be expected to prepare and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and report on key performance metrics. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all safety protocols are strictly adhered to and that the team is trained in best practices for electrical safety. A strong understanding of solar technology, electrical systems, and construction processes is essential for this position.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with several years of experience in electrical supervision, preferably within the renewable energy sector. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are critical, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
