Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team and help drive our talent acquisition efforts. This role is responsible for managing the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of roles, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative partner to hiring managers, a strong communicator, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment. In addition to recruiting, this role will support broader HR initiatives and projects that contribute to building an inclusive and high-performing workplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership:
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and implement effective hiring strategies.
  • Candidate Experience:
  • Ensure a welcoming and professional experience for candidates by keeping them informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
  • Recruiting Support & Sourcing:
  • Proactively source candidates using a variety of platforms, review resumes, conduct initial screens, and manage candidate outreach.
  • Communication & Follow-Up:
  • Serve as a key point of contact for candidates, responding to inquiries and providing timely updates throughout the hiring journey.
  • Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate and organized records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); generate reports and track key metrics as needed.
  • Candidate Dispositioning:
  • Manage communication with candidates at each stage of the process, including rejections and next-step updates via phone and email.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance recruitment workflows, tools, and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Maintain and support the company’s presence on external platforms including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed to attract top talent.
  • HR Projects:
  • Support additional HR initiatives such as job title and leveling reviews, mentorship programs, and internal mobility efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.


Desired Skills:

  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter,
  • Boolean searches, and professional networks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of responsiveness and follow-through.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Jobvite) and recruitment-related reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing candidate communications, including rejections and next steps, in a thoughtful and timely manner.
  • Track record of identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance recruiting workflows and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with employer branding strategies and maintaining presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed.
  • Experience supporting broader HR projects such as internal mobility programs, mentorship initiatives, and job leveling reviews is a plus.


The estimated salary range for this position is $115,000.00 USD to $130,000.00 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer discretionary target cash bonuses, restricted stock units (subject to Board Approval), and a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, and disability insurance, unbounded paid time off including parental leave, and a 401(k).
