About the Position

Our client manufactures advanced data center cooling solutions, delivering high-performance and energy-efficient systems that power some of the world’s most advanced data centers. With a strong global presence and multiple production facilities, they remain at the forefront of technological advancement and operational excellence.

As a member of the Electrical Engineering team, you will play a vital role in developing and supporting custom HVAC and cooling systems for data centers and other commercial environments. This position offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies in energy efficiency, automation, and system design, while contributing to solutions that support mission-critical infrastructure.



Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop standard and custom air handler solutions by generating schematic drawings, selecting components, and preparing technical documentation.
  • Create and maintain control programs for complex air handler and heat transfer systems.
  • Develop and manage control interfaces for electrical components, including motors, fans, VFDs, and other electrical devices.
  • Support new product development with conceptual designs and layouts.
  • Participate in Kaizen and other cross-functional initiatives to improve design quality and efficiency.
  • Contribute to cost-reduction and continuous improvement efforts through enhanced product design and design-for-manufacturing practices.
  • Prepare and present detailed technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of control system theory with practical experience in PLC programming, graphics, and HMI development.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and project completion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving ability and collaborative mindset.
  • Hands-on experience with sensors, actuators, VFDs, and industrial communication systems.
  • Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS/BAS) and network integration.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in HVAC system design and manufacturing, ideally with data center cooling technologies (e.g., chillers, CRAC/CRAH units, liquid cooling systems).
  • 3+ years of experience in electrical or controls engineering.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
