About the Company



We are supporting a leading European venture capital firm in the search for a Chief of Staff to work closely with the senior leadership team.



About the Role



This is a high-impact role at the intersection of venture investing, strategy, operations and firm development, with significant exposure to senior decision-making.



Responsibilities



  • Working directly with Partners on strategic and operational priorities
  • Driving cross-functional projects across the investment platform
  • Supporting investment-related research, analysis and decision-making
  • Preparing materials and analysis for senior-level discussions
  • Improving internal processes and helping execute key firm-wide initiatives
  • Taking ownership of ad-hoc strategic projects as the firm continues to scale


Qualifications



  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Background in Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting or a high-growth technology company
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Genuine interest in ClimateTech, sustainability and venture investing
  • Prior experience working closely with senior executives, founders or investors is highly advantageous
