About the Opportunity

EVEREC is partnering with a rapidly expanding European EV charging and mobility business seeking an experienced Go-to-Market (GTM) Director to lead commercial growth, partnerships and operational performance across its business.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially minded, hands-on operator who can take ownership of multiple interconnected business functions, develop scalable growth strategies and drive measurable financial performance.

The successful candidate will combine strategic leadership with operational execution, working across partnerships, revenue operations, analytics and market development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute go-to-market strategies across multiple markets and partnership channels.
• Oversee cross-functional teams spanning partnerships, growth, operations, analytics and commercial performance.
• Take ownership of business performance, including P&L, profitability, margins and revenue growth.
• Identify, evaluate and launch new commercial opportunities and revenue streams.
• Develop scalable processes and operating structures to support international growth.
• Establish clear KPIs, performance frameworks and commercial priorities.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Data and Operations teams to deliver business objectives.
• Lead strategic planning, resource allocation and continuous operational improvement.

Key Requirements

• Years of relevant professional experience, including senior leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience as a General Manager, GTM Director, Business Unit Director, Head of Growth, Category Director or similar.
• Demonstrated ownership of multiple business functions, markets or commercial portfolios.
• Strong experience managing P&L, profitability, commercial performance and strategic investments.
• Background in high-growth technology businesses, marketplaces, mobility platforms or similarly complex environments.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering cross-functional business strategies.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience developing strategic partnerships and partner-led distribution models.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Based in Portugal.

Highly Desirable:

• Experience within EV charging, e-mobility, energy or infrastructure.
• Experience scaling businesses internationally.
• Background in marketplace or platform-based business models.
• Experience introducing scalable operating structures into growing organisations.
