Committed to delivering high-quality projects with a focus on design excellence, we a re actively seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in industrialization project management. Feladatok

  • Responsible for the work package of Technology/Equipment
  • Responsible for customer docking and demand identification
  • Regularly report to customers on project industrialization related situations
  • Identify demand changes proposed by customers related to project industrialization, and accurately convey them to relevant parties in time.
  • Develop a project implementation plan, propose project personnel requirements, and build up a project team
  • Responsible for identifying and managing project risks
  • Control and manage project implementation progress, and coordinate resources to solve problems and escalate overdue issues.
  • Propose measures to the project team aimed at handling project-related issues, after in house discussion with the company’s legal department;
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to promote factory design, infrastructure, equipment purchase, commissioning, etc.
  • Regularly summarize the project progress and formulate a progress report for superiors and relevant departments
  • Organize and attend regular project meetings and take meeting minutes
  • Archive and manage related project files and drawings

Elvárások

  • BSc in chemistry, materials, mechanics or similar science or engineering field
  • At least 3-year proven work experience in lithium battery or automobile industry
  • Knowledge of project management and IATF16949 quality management system; PMP certificate is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially excellent PPT writing ability, Project software
  • Awareness of information confidentiality
  • Good team communication ability, fast learning ability, strong organization and coordination ability.
  • Hungarian – mother language, English - business proficient
