As Customer Operations Specialist you will ensure a frictionless order journey for EVBox hardware, software, and services toward our B2B customers.
Through order operations, analytical, logistics and financial tasks you will be the main interface between the Customer, Sales, Operations and Finance.
Besides a solid work ethic and a strong team-oriented personality, as a Customer Operations Specialist you are multi-skilled and focused on achieving excellence.

Vision for the team

Customer Operations is a group of motivated individuals whose primary responsibility is to ensure that all aspects of the commercial and operations transactions are supported to ensure the business can operate to the best of its ability. The Sales Operations team takes on the role to ensure we are successfully closing and delivering deals and orders. The team supports the entire B2B, partner- and distribution business for the EVBox group through order operations, analytical, logistics and financial tasks.

Responsibilities

Order Book Management:
  • Own a clean and complete order book and make sure all information is clear and shared.
  • Manage the local order book
  • Order review and approval
  • Timely, correct and complete order confirmation
  • Follow-up on open orders into our systems (SalesForce/SAP)
  • Support the Sales team with the most complex orders
  • Ensure compliance to business prioritisation rules
  • Work alongside with the Finance Team to ensure correct invoicing of orders
Delivery Management
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions and products according to customer needs and objectives, alongside with EVBox objectives.
  • Coordinate delivery of hardware shipments toward our customers
  • Coordinate commercial hardware returns following internal procedures
Others Duties:
  • Proactive customer communication: build relationships and operate as single point of contact for EVBox customers.
  • Manage relationships internally with all relevant stakeholders such as sales, fulfilment, production and finance
  • Solve delivery/invoicing issues managing urgency and impact of different cases
Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English AND Norwegian
  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer / Sales Operations preferred
  • Commercial or engineering academic background preferred
  • Self-starter with proven ability to gain and implement a broad knowledge of best practices
  • Track record of detail-oriented and self-motivated approach to resolving problems
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Strong affinity toward company systems (Microsoft Office especially Excel, SAP and/or SALESFORCE).
