The Field Service Operations Team is responsible for ensuring high quality delivery of our services to our customers. You are the interface between the Field Service Partners, Customer/Partner Support, Customers and our Sales Operations Team. Besides a solid work ethic and a strong team-oriented personality, the right person is multi-skilled and focused on delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a service's delivery environment. They will furthermore display creativity, passion, and a desire to break new ground in a constantly shifting technology and market

Field Service Operations is a group of motivated individuals whose primary responsibility is to ensure that all aspects of the field service's work orders are supported to ensure the business can operate to the best of its ability. The Field Operations team takes on the role to ensure we are successfully delivering the service's sold with our hardware.

Your main responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to:

  • The successful instruction to our Service Partners to carry out works and ensure the timely completion of these works, whether ad-hoc or planned
  • Build relationships and operate as single point of contact with the Service Partners and the Sales Operations Team
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions/services according to customer needs and objectives
  • Champion Salesforce CRM-system usage to ensure high data quality and support users with training and reporting, as needed

What you'll bring to the team

Technical Skills/ Hard Skills

  • 1-5 years of experience in Customer based Operations/Services preferred
  • Self-starter with proven ability to gain and implement a broad knowledge of best practices in Sales and Operations
  • Demonstrated track record of detail-oriented and self-motivated approach to resolving problems
  • Automotive (or comparable industry) background preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, a second European language would be good but not a requirement
  • Good experience of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel as well as strong affinity with, as well as EVBox proprietary systems. Such as ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Broad knowledge of customer support concepts and principles as well as knowledge of and experience with (advising on / explaining of) organization's
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to remain professional and courteous with customers or Partners at all times

We want you to demonstrate

  • Proven track record in troubleshooting/problem analysis
  • Able to showcase critical thinking and provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer support processes through the appropriate channels when blockers are encountered
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and keep overview when there are multiple customer requests
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
  • You characterize yourself as disciplined and structured. You have an eye for detail and you feel it's your responsibility to notice the details.
