As an Manufacturing Process Planner based in our Libertyville office you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations team that is responsible for correct administration of the operations process from order receipt to customer delivery confirmation. (Focused on SAP system coordination and management).

What you'll be doing
You will monitor incoming demand orders, ensure that demand is communicated and registered internally, work with Logistics and Production to ensure that planning is optimized and results meet expectations, validate all process / administration value streams for full conformity, consolidate site reporting (control tower) for full visibility of results and corrective and improvement execution. You will work from our office in Libertyville and report to the Director Manufacturing Libertyville.

Your main responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to:

Master and promote the full utilization of SAP on site

Oversee the planning flow from customer order to customer delivery

Own and develop (working with the departmental heads) the Logistics / Production administration for the site

Establish site reporting according to KPIs and Group control tower requirements

Work with the QH&S Manager to ensure full conformity of business operations at Libertyville

Process the setup of new product requests

Work closely with the NPI Project Managers and Engineering to define, draft and setup the Bills of Materials in the ERP system

Process Engineering Change Request and ensure that sign off is done within the agreed SLA's

Manage the Life Cycle stages of the product from Activation till End of Life

Identify opportunities for increased efficiencies across system/operations and provide recommendations

You'll be leaving your mark in this important field for a sustainable future.

What you'll bring to the team

Great analytical skills, fast learner, and solid business process systems knowledge

At least 5 years experience in a productions (assembly) planning type role

Understanding of Bill of Materials including Engineering and Manufacturing BoMs

An Associates or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education

If you have any of these, even better

SAP experience is strongly preferred
