Job description

Technical Support Engineer is a role where people and technology come together. You need to be able to identify and solve technical problems as well as being able to communicate the solutions to installation and service partners.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Identify issues with charging stations and perform root cause analysis

  • Develop a good technical understanding of the EV charging on both hardware and software

  • Answer questions raised by installers and technicians that are on-site

  • Create action plans to be executed by field service

  • Provide feedback to quality management on recurring issues

  • Contribute to a sustainable future by maintaining a large EV charging network

We are looking for someone who…

  • …has a technical background for example through a degree, work experience or relevant interests

  • …speaks English fluently and Dutch

  • …is willing to help others and is a team player

  • …learns quickly and has attention to detail

  • …is not afraid to contact a customer via email or phone when needed

  • …preferably, but not necessarily, has some exposure to service management (Salesforce, Hubspot, Jira or similar)

  • … is motivated to contribute to a sustainable future by making the world go electric
