EVBox is looking for a Team Lead to support our dynamic and fast-growing business in the area of Sales Operations.

About the position

The Sales Operations team is responsible for ensuring a frictionless Opportunity to Delivery process for all our products and services, leading to high customer satisfaction and productive sales teams. Besides, Sales Operations ensures that Opportunity to Delivery (efficiency) improvements are implemented in strong collaboration with Operations and other functions. Sales Operations key activities include

Hardware and Service delivery coordination

Software onboarding coordination

Order administration

Delivery of productivity/efficiency improvements

The Team Lead of the Sales Operations organization is expected to coach, motivate and lead a team of individuals who are self-motivated, structured, reliable, and able to manage a large customer base. In addition, the leader is expected to drive the implementation of process and systems to improve the productivity of each team member.

The Team Lead reports to the Director of Sales Operations.

Responsibilities

Coach, motivate and lead a team of Sales Operations Specialists

Onboard new staff members and ensure that everyone on the team is sufficiently skilled to perform tasks

Provide full visibility on performance and challenges related to Sales Operations

Maintain overview of productivity and required resources

Proactively identify and action opportunities for efficiency improvements

Cooperate effectively with all relevant cross-functional stakeholders regarding all aspects of Sales Operations to ensure a seamless customer journey

Effectively handle escalations with customers and internal stakeholders such as supply chain

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in Operations Leadership preferred

Self-starter with proven ability to gain and implement a broad knowledge of best practices in Sales and Operations.

Demonstrated track record of detail-oriented and self-motivated approach to resolving complicated fulfilment problems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, a second European language such as German, French or Dutch is preferred.

Good experience of MS Office applications, especially Excel as well as strong affinity with Salesforce.com
