As a Trainer, your primary responsibility is to ensure that our in-house and partner Supporter Agents are fully knowledgeable and trained on how to install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot EVBox EV hardware and charging software. The position requires interaction with stakeholders including Support Operations, Field Services, Partners and Product Managers.

You are accountable for developing or updating training that is either instructor-led, e-learning formatted, or blended, and will be expert in delivering training in both a virtual setup and in-person. Therefore, the ability and willingness to travel is required to be successful in this role.

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to…


  • Communicate with the Support organization & Support Partners to discover training needs
  • Be involved in customer interactions as a spectator to define additional educational needs
  • Work with various teams and SMEs to develop training materials


  • Create, maintain and update educational materials / courses
  • Organize information in an easy-to-use way
  • Review existing documents on quarterly basis
  • Conduct archiving sessions on quarterly basis
  • Deliver classroom and virtual instructor-led training in English
  • Create, update or support the development of e-learning courses
  • Setup virtual training sessions via available tools (e.g. Google Meet, Zoom, MS Teams)
  • Continuously improve the way of delivering our virtual and in-person training

What you will bring to the team…


  • Electrical Engineering knowledge and competency
  • Experience in teaching and creating training materials
  • Experience working in the Service Center industry
  • Highly proficient in English, other language(s) are considered a plus
  • Knowledge in the EV Sector is a plus
  • IT savviness with capabilities to work at professional levels with Google Suite, Google Meet/Zoom, and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint).
