Senior Quality Specialist / QA Specialist

About the Role:

As part of EVBox's Operations department you will report to the Head of Lean Manufacturing and Quality and be responsible for ensuring the products we produce meet the quality standards required whilst minimising quality costs and maximising customer satisfaction. All the while you'll also ensure that procedures and processes are adhered to and that all incoming materials meet their required quality standards.

Specifics are:

• IMS Quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Usage of quality assurance standards as 8D, NCR, ECN procedures including RMA
  • Make sure that quality assurance ISO standards are adequate used
  • Prepare and assess Quality audits tier 1,2 &3 suppliers
  • Elaborate the procedures of sampling and guidelines for collection and reporting quality data
  • Plan, perform and oversee inspection and testing of products to ensure the quality deliverable
  • Document quality assurance activities, such as internal & external audits
  • Analyze customer grievances and other non-compliance issues
  • Gather and organize statistical quality data as MSA,R&R, CPK and SPC data
  • Report on results of quality activities
• Inform partners, customers and cross-functional teams within EV-Box about relevant Quality issues
• Resolve issues related to customer orders
• Liaison role to customers, assembly partners and suppliers
• Highlight and correct quality discrepancies

What We'd Like You To Bring To Our Team

• Relevant experience in Automotive Quality assurance as IATF & AIAG procedures.
• VDA audit experience.
• Certification, such as Quality Engineer, Quality Auditor, Six Sigma, or Quality Improvement Associate, is preferred.
• Superb computer competence, including experience with databases and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of QA terms, tools, and methodologies
• Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch
