We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Specialist to join our team in Amsterdam. To be successful in this role you should be passionate about brings a lot of experience and energy to plan, coordinate & successfully execute our product launches, including charging stations, software and services. You will also empower and support our fellow Product Marketers to help them deliver high-quality product launches and go to market plans.

As a Senior Product Marketing Specialist based in Amsterdam office you will be part of the Marketing team that is responsible for bridging technical and commercial side of the business, working on product launches and go-to-market plans.

What you'll be doing
"You will work on go-to-market plans, launching new products (hardware, software and services) and demand generation. You will create product marketing content strategy and improve our products marketing assets and communications. You will work from our office in Amsterdam and report to the Senior Product Marketing Manager."

Your main responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to:


  • Coaching fellow Product Marketers with regards to ensuring successful product launches, go-to-market plans and demand generation activities
  • Leading the launch of new hardware, software and services, ensuring that all assets are delivered on time and optimized for the needs of the markets.
  • Having a very good understanding of target audience and segments, to create value propositions tailored for them.
  • Proposing and leading demand generation activities, in order to create the biggest value to EVBox, throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Creating and executing go-to-market plans for the managed products and segments.
  • Maintaining a close relationship with the local markets and segment leaders to identify and address their marketing needs in a fast and efficient way.
  • Executing annual marketing and demand creation plan across different markets.
  • Implementing a market intelligence strategy to bring a better understanding of the market, competition and target audience to the company.
  • Shaping product marketing content strategy and continuously improving our product marketing assets and communications

What you'll bring to the team
Technical Skills/ Hard Skills
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • Executive level stakeholder management
  • Speak customer, sales and development 'language'
  • Proven leadership direct (reports) or indirect (inspiring team, coaching related disciplines)
We want you to demonstrate
  • Passion for product marketing, as well as the commercial and technical side of the business. It is expected to have a very good understanding of the products, to be on top of all marketing deliverables and keep a close eye on the commercial results.
  • Proven holistic/commercial approach (go beyond own discipline, but able to look at broader picture/objectives)
  • Have technical affinity to acquire relevant product knowledge
  • Shows calm under pressure, performs well during crisis/unexpected changes
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, outgoing and excellent at building relationships
  • A dual-minded approach: highly creative and an excellent analytical thinker. Interested in using data to optimize/scale marketing strategies and seek product/market fit
  • Proven capable of taking initiative and full ownership (proposing new projects, and managing strategy, KPI setting, ROI, budget), independently and result driven/accountable
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Able to identify commercial and partnership opportunities and exploit

  • Additional languages like French or German is a plus.
