Who we're looking for

We're looking for an experienced campaign manager that knows how to strategize and organize global campaigns. You know what elements make a successful campaign and whom you need to consult to build out your plan and bring it to the next level. Overall, we could describe you as a generalist with excellent stakeholder and project management skills. A highly proactive, clear communicator that gets things done.

What you'll be doing

As our Global campaign manager, you'll be in the lead of our global campaign execution. In this role you'll be working with various sub-departments and regions to tie everything together in one holistic campaign that works for various countries at the same time. The role involves managing the overall campaign calendar, development of the campaign strategy, end to end delivery of the campaigns, measurement and analytics to ensure we achieve ROI.

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Strategize end to end global campaigns with local needs

Implement a way of working to ensure efficient and holistic 360 campaign execution

Own the campaign calendar and update stakeholders regularly on progress and potential blockers

Create campaign presentations, kick offs and manage a campaign project team
Recommend marketers on functionality and marketing of campaign management best practices required for optimal campaign strategy

Review campaigns and analyse how we can improve performance going forward and action the requirements

What we ask from you

You have +5 years' experience in campaign or project management

You have a proven track record in project management within a global marketing organization

You have worked in a marketing organization that targets multiple countries

You have a proactive, flexible, and can-do attitude towards everything that comes your way

You have excellent communication skills

You're at your best when working in collaborative, multicultural, and cross-functional teams

You have a university degree in Performance Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
