Who we're looking for:
Product Manager, Services

As commercial Product Manager , you'll be part of our Global Services & Support team, reporting into our lead Product Manager Services. The global Services & Support team is servicing all our customers who have purchased EVBox products. With Services ranging from remote diagnostics to preventive maintenance for our EVBox charging stations, but also Professional Services like Consultancy, onboarding & educational services.

In your role you will be owning the expansion of our Services portfolio, based on understanding customer needs, drive value propositions, expand our offering across the world, improve the customer journey, and contribute to our future roadmap and value offering. You will work closely with Sales, Operations and our Partners to deliver compelling services that create value for both our customers and EVBox. Furthermore, you will create and execute an all-in-one hassle-free solution for our customers in cooperation with working closely with our Solution teams.

Responsibilities:
Product strategy & development

Work closely with our Product Marketing teams to understand customer needs, strengthen our product vision, recognize opportunities and create value offerings

Translate business needs into (field) service partner capabilities needed and drive the commercial proposition and roadmap

Coordinate end-to-end implementation to deliver best in class services

Ensure service portfolio consistency across the EMEA and North America

Contribute to international tenders and bids with services offerings

Lead the definition & development of our services offering for large, multiregional customers

Work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, like New Product Introduction, Marketing, Solutions Teams, Operations and Finance etc to prepare for launch

Product Management

Manage the EVBox services product life cycle from new concept & design, strategic planning to tactical activities

Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle

Optimize the customer journey of using services, including key partners and internal support

Work closely with the internal organization to ensure volume, revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met

Assess value, develop business cases, prioritize and translate business requirements into functional requirements and capabilities to deliver services

Create and optimize Sales materials, (online) FAQ's and instructions for Customers and L1/L2 Support in cooperation with product marketing

Provide regular in-depth training to pre-sales engineers & sales team and present Services updates in monthly Sales meeting

Requirements:
Obtained a Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering or Business

At least 5+ years working experience in a digital services/SaaS or product environment

Proven track record in (hardware) installation and/or service industry, preferably in EV and/or Energy

Proven experience in gathering and transforming customer needs and business requirements into a successful product strategy including planning, creating product roadmap and launching services

Experience with B2B and/or B2B2C facing solutions

Experience in applying Design Thinking

Strong project management, organizational and planning skills

Scale-up mentality, out-of-the-box thinker, curious by nature

Helicopter view and high attention to detail

Analytical and structured mindset, driving fact-based decision making

Ownership: result-oriented, hands-on and strong in execution

Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Fluent Verbal and written communication skills in English
