About the team

You will be an integral member of the Product & Customer Marketing team, which is part of the larger Marketing team. You'll collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders in Marketing, Sales and Customer Excellence.

About the role

This is a paid internship. As our Product & Customer Marketing Intern, you'll support partner marketing communication, track competitive and customer insights and assist with new product launches. Your main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Partner communication

  • Manage and optimize content for our global partner newsletter.
  • Gather input from different teams and work with a designer and copywriter to create compelling content.
  • Utilize HubSpot to create and send marketing emails, and report on email performance.
  • Provide support for partner events and webinars.

Competitive & customer insights

  • Track, analyze, and consolidate competitive and customer insights.
  • Use these insights to enhance partner communication and support new product launches in key markets.

Product marketing support

  • Contribute to the rebranding of existing product and customer assets.
  • Assist in the creation of new marketing assets and customer testimonials.
  • Support the launch of new products and features

About you

Education requirements

  • Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's studies in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, for the entire duration of your internship.

Skills required

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
  • Digitally savvy with a passion for data analysis and interpretation.
  • Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines independently.
  • Quick learner with a creative mindset and the ability to sell your ideas.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for regular interaction with colleagues from different departments.
