Who we're looking for/ Position Purpose

  • As the Network Integrations Program Manager, you will focus on building a world-class network integrations program managing integrations between EVBox's own hardware & software with third-party hardware & software. You will be responsible for performing OCPP integration tests with vendors as well as maintaining the library of integrations for both sales and channel partners.

    You will operate from our Amsterdam office in the Netherlands and you will report to the global manager, Solution Engineering.


Network Integrations

  • Evaluate new network integration requests from sales teams
  • Coordinate with selected third-party vendors for testing sessions
  • Conduct OCPP and API testing sessions covering AC, DC, software, and accessory products
  • Work with vendors to identify and address gaps in integrations to deliver the best possible customer experience
  • Update the library of integrations for all product lines and maintain compliance framework including updates to firmware packages
  • Provide product and service advice to existing and new customers
  • Provide any necessary technical support to business development managers during technical meetings with customers

Demonstrate products and services (FAT, SAT) to customers

Technical training and new product launches

  • Provide technical trainings to sales teams and partners (both internal and external)
  • Inform partners, customers and team members about relevant issues and new releases
  • Lead and support the launch of new products and services in your region



  • Engineer/Master's degree with a technical background or equivalent work experience, preferably with a major in Electricity, Software, or Electro-mechanical field
  • 5+years of experience supporting in technical support, sales support or technical customer service, preferably in the industry
  • Trained in web-based integration methodologies especially REST APIs
  • Comfortable travelling to onsite and in-person sessions.


  • In-depth knowledge or willingness to acquire knowledge of the EV sector
  • Electrical and/or mechanical system knowledge.
  • Affinity with renewable technologies, product and service innovation
  • Expertise in electronics standards and principles
  • Good understanding of software development and connectivity
  • Understanding of the product development process.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • ISO15118, OCPP 1.6, and OCPP 2.0
  • Testing procedures and report generation
  • General computer skills in Office
