Get to know the team

As a Network Assurance Engineer you will focus on operational activities related to the monitoring of our installed base and the quality of related data in our systems. You will work from home and/or from one of our offices in Amsterdam, Essen or Bordeaux and you will report to the Asset Management Manager.

What you'll be doing

Proactive management of assets

  • Create, maintain and apply standard operating procedures related to installed base data management and monitoring of assets (e.g. performance and health monitoring, alerting administration and processing)
  • Prioritize execution based on the service levels we owe our customers
  • Trigger actions (e.g. station remote reset, intervention work order creation, escalation for deeper analysis) based on observations made while proactively monitoring stations
  • Feed reporting to follow up on status of assets and actions taken (reporting will be used both internally and towards customers)
  • Feed and update our databases to reflect the most recent information gathered on assets, harvested from various sources, potentially in coordination with the IT department
  • Administrate automation rules for alerting and case management moving forward

Digital product journey

  • Contribute to asset management improvement and optimization by stressing out bottlenecks, pain points and blind spots identified during daily operations
  • Share improvement ideas and propositions with our Asset Mgt project manager, experiment new trackers with our Data analyst
  • Ensure data quality and smooth data flow along the life cycle of our products, with other teams within Services & Support, and other departments

Services development

  • Develop expertise on usage and performance of our stations on field and contribute to shaping and delivering on ambitious SLA's for our customers' satisfaction

What you'll bring to the team

Technical Skills/ Hard Skills

  • Master's degree, Industrial engineering or Electrical/Electronics engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience in support operations at the interface with various planning, monitoring, and resources management systems
  • Comfortable with working in multiple software environment, knowledge of working with CRM/ERP systems, especially SAP/Salesforce
  • Experience with EV charging network operations or other connected devices (IoT / telecom…) is a plus
