Who we're looking for

We're looking for a Digital Communications Specialist who's a native English speaker that has a proven track record in defining and creating communications and (long-form) content for multiple touchpoints across a B2B-focused customer journey.

What you'll be doing

As our Digital Communications Specialist, your main objective is to meet and exceed the needs of our partners, customers, and prospects by writing, distributing, and optimizing proactive and reactive communications across different channels. Your main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Optimize and implement a digital communications strategy in liaison with multiple departments and stakeholders for the pre-sales, onboarding, and post-sales stages of our customer journey
  • Write and/or edit, and distribute incident communications for de-escalations in liaison with management and C-level stakeholders
  • Create, distribute, and optimize digital communications and channels (i.e. newsletters, mailings, FAQ articles, and automated messaging) and inbound content (i.e., landing pages, reports, whitepapers, case studies) to turn prospects into customers, and customers into advocates
  • Define and optimize copy and interfaces to ensure prospects, customers, and partners can easily find and understand the information that's most relevant to their needs and use cases (incl. website, resources center, and support center)
  • Define, implement, and report on feedback loops between EVBox, prospects, customers, and partners to initiate improvements that can be implemented across content, campaigns, communications, and workflows

What we ask from you

  • You're a native English speaker and you have flawless writing and editing skills in English and comfortable communicating with and influencing high-level decision makers
  • You are super organized, like structure and can implement new processes
  • You can navigate your way around multiple CMS applications with your eyes closed (HubSpot, ModX, SalesForce, or similar);
  • But we do want your eyes open because you have a meticulous eye for detail
  • You bring a proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented attitude to everything that comes your way
  • You know how to keep your head cool under the pressure of contrasting opinions and strict deadlines
  • You're at your best when working in collaborative, multicultural, and cross-functional teams
  • You have a university degree in Customer/User Experience, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
