We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our team in Amsterdam. To be successful in this role you should be passionate about all things data and connected devices (IoT). As a Data Analyst based at our HQ in Amsterdam office you will be part the Asset Management team, reporting to the Team Lead.

What you'll be doing
You will be responsible for processing data collected from charging stations in order to extract relevant information, verifying quality of this information, creating analytics and reporting based on the selected data, identifying potential patterns and defining rules leading to predictive maintenance of the targeted charging stations.
Your main responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to:
Data Collection and Organisation
  • Identify key performance data and ways of collection for "data lake" operation and organisation
  • Automate data collection and analysis
  • Sort out data to identify patterns, discrepancies leading to failures or alarms
  • Contribute to defining the relevant data to feed the Network Operating Center (NOC) and implementing new features, dashboards, KPI's, in the NOC
Analysis and predictive actions
  • Build analytics to show relation between data collected from the stations and behavior of stations (failures, alarms)
  • Establish rules and contribute to automation of the detection of errors
  • Develop machine learning on predictive maintenance

What you'll bring to the team
Technical Skills/ Hard Skills
  • Master of Science (MSc) in computer engineering, concentration in Data Analytics
  • Very good understanding of electronics standards and principles, product development
  • Experience with data tools: Spark, Hadoop (big data analysis) equivalent
We want you to demonstrate
  • Knowledge of specific software development environments
  • Data processing
  • Knowledge or willingness to acquire the EV sector
If you have any of these, even better
  • Analytical capacity and accuracy
  • Self-organization, rigor, able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal skills, friendly and professional demeanor
