We're looking for a Bid Coordinator (France) to join our team in Amsterdam. To be successful in this role, you should be passionate about playing an instrumental role coordinating exciting, deadline-driven projects across diverse teams. You will use your talents for creativity, organization and detail-oriented thinking to plan, write, and copyedit high-quality French- and English-language narrative and technical content in support of some of our fastest growing teams.
You will help the Bid Center manage and grow our content library, build a strong working relationship with our French team members, and ensure that we can tell our French customers a complete, compelling, and informative story about our business. You will participate on a wide range of bid teams and build your bid management skills by managing smaller bids on your own.

As a Bid Coordinator (France) based in Amsterdam, Paris, Bordeaux, or London, you will be a part of the Bid Center, the team responsible to power the growth of the EVBox Group with high quality strategic bid management and customer-focused storytelling services.

What you'll be doing
You will focus on supporting Bid Managers to respond to customer bids and tenders primarily in the French market. You will organize documents, prepare project plans and outlines, coordinate meetings, write accurate and interesting customer-facing content, and provide copyediting and proofreading services in French. You will help the Bid Center manage our RFPio content library and work on special projects to improve our document templates, team processes, and overall deliverables. You will work from our office in Amsterdam and report to the Manager, Bid Center. The Manager, Bid Center is located in Amsterdam.
Your main responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to:
Bid & Project Coordination
Collaborate with bid managers to organize project documents, task trackers, schedule, and deliverables
Set up project team meetings, take meeting notes and actions, and manage follow-ups
Perform quality assurance, formatting, and proofreading and work with bid managers to publish and submit bids on time
Content Writing & Editing
Interview technical and business stakeholders to create comprehensive, accurate, and reuseable boilerplate
Review, revise, and copyedit content for clarity and interest
Write compelling executive summaries, cover letters, product and service descriptions, solutions overviews, and presentation materials
Content Management
Maintain reusable content, templates, and Q&As in our RFPio database
Ensure content is appropriately tagged, organized, and reviewed
Establish and manage a library of French-language content
You'll be leaving your mark in this important field for a sustainable future.
