The role:
The person joining in this role will coordinate and create structure in the testing of the EV Box features or products that we are looking to launch in the market. This person will work in between potential end users and the development team. You will be part of the Quality Assurance team with the potential of growing a team around you.
Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, coordinate, and manage the beta testing process
  • Create objectives for each test campaign
  • Monitor, measure, identify, and prioritise issues discovered during beta testing
  • Work with different stakeholders to ensure beta testing for the planned User Stories/Tasks is delivered in time
  • Make reports, Identify trends and spot issues
Qualifications:
  • Associates degree from technical school or tech savy with relevant work experience
  • Between 2 to 5 years of technical customer service experience or relevant other experience
  • Ideally experience with Customer Service tools and processes
  • Excellent organisational and follow-up/follow-through skills
  • Able to multitask
  • Ability to build and retain good customer relations with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Solid writing and communication skills utilising professional etiquette.
  • Ability to work as an individual with minimal supervision
  • Strong at analytical, organisation, and people skills
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Fluency in English (is a must, Dutch, German and French are convenient)
