Beta Program Manager Job Description
We are looking for a Beta Program Manager to create and implement beta test programs for our products and services. The ideal candidate will identify and implement the best methods and practices to maximize the voice and impact of our users in new product development. As a hands-on program manager you will connect directly with our beta testers, providing customer
support and issue analysis to ensure there is a continuous and responsive feedback loop. On a strategic level you will work in close collaboration with departments and stakeholders across the organization to define the beta program scope, processes, KPIs and best practices to ensure our products surpass the highest customer expectations in quality and value delivery.
  • Establish and manage the beta program strategy for hardware and software products and services
  • Implement qualitative and quantitative data collection processes, analysis and reporting methods
  • Continuous collaboration and alignment with various stakeholders on program scope
  • Define program KPIs and targets
  • Collaborate with product and management teams on program prioritisations.
  • Beta tester recruitment and management
  • Identify and implement supporting tools and processes
  • Create and implement the beta tester communication strategy
  • Manage beta tester feedback and support
  • Asset and logistics management for onboarding and off-boarding testers
  • Program or project management experience in hardware development
  • Experience working on consumer products
  • Experience working with globally dispersed teams
  • Attention to detail with a high quality threshold
  • Experience working in modern product development environments
  • Excellent communicator at any level, from beta testers to the CEO
  • Experience synthesizing user feedback into actionable insights
  • Able to work independently or collaborating closely with/leading a team
  • Experience in RCA practices and techniques
  • Experience directly interfacing with end-users, ideally providing direct end-user support
& trouble-shooting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience/knowledge in the e-mobility sector (Preferably as B2C)
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Experience with UX methods and practices
