About the role

We are looking for a Product Pricing & Lifecycle Manager to ensure the long-term profitability and commercial success of our product portfolio. In this role, you will define and manage pricing strategies across the full product lifecycle and work closely with Product Line Managers and key stakeholders to strengthen the competitiveness of our solutions.

As part of the Product Line Management organization, you will play a central role in driving revenue performance, supporting go-to-market activities, and ensuring pricing excellence across products, parts, and services.


Key responsibilities

  • Own and develop pricing strategies throughout the full product lifecycle in close cooperation with Product Line Managers
  • Define product lifecycle vision and contribute to product and portfolio strategies
  • Drive product portfolio profitability and support long-term revenue growth
  • Create, maintain, and develop price lists for products, spare parts, and services
  • Analyze hit rates, volumes, margins, and realized sales prices together with the Business Analytics team
  • Assess market trends, customer expectations, and competitive landscapes to ensure attractive and competitive offerings
  • Support product development roadmaps and follow up on execution
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and launch materials for new products and services together with Marketing
  • Support Service Sales with materials and strategies for aftermarket solutions (spares, services, agreements, retrofits)
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Sales Support, Global Operations, and Marketing teams


What you bring

  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in pricing, product management, business development, or sales
  • Technical background, preferably from an industrial or marine environment
  • Experience in Product Management and/or Pricing roles is highly preferred
  • MSc or BSc degree in a relevant field
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven attitude
