As Director, Business Finance, you'll lead the finance operations of our French and Spanish legal entities while acting as the trusted Finance Business Partner to the President of our Yacht business.

You'll be at the heart of commercial decision-making, providing financial insight that drives growth, profitability and performance. From statutory compliance and cash management to strategic planning and business transformation, you'll have a direct impact on the future success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Finance Partnership

  • Partner with the President, Yacht and leadership team to support business performance and growth.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning activities.
  • Provide insight and challenge around revenue, margins, profitability, EBITDA and working capital.
  • Support commercial, operational and investment decisions through robust analysis and business case evaluation.
  • Identify risks and opportunities and drive actions that improve financial performance.

Accounting, Compliance & Control

  • Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings for France and Spain.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, tax and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee treasury activities, cash flow management and payment processes.
  • Manage external audits and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and balance sheet integrity.

Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead and develop a finance team across France and Spain.
  • Drive improvements in finance processes, reporting and systems.
  • Support ERP and reporting transformation initiatives.
  • Promote financial accountability and commercial awareness across the organisation.

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant or equivalent finance professional.
  • Strong experience in French statutory accounting, taxation and financial reporting.
  • Experience in FP&A, business controlling or finance business partnering.
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Experience within industrial, engineering, manufacturing or project-based businesses is preferred.
  • Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on.
  • Fluent in French and English.
