European Solidarity Corps (ESC) Volunteer / Trainee – Sustainability & Youth Projects
Europa und Bildung is an Austrian non-profit organisation promoting international learning, sustainability and youth development through European mobility programmes. Together with partners across Europe, we create opportunities for young people to gain practical experience in climate action, environmental protection, nature conservation and sustainable development.
Our mission is to empower young people with Green Skills and inspire them to become ambassadors for a more sustainable future.
As an ESC Volunteer / Trainee, you will support our team in:
- Assisting with the organisation of international sustainability projects and Erasmus+/ESC activities.
- Supporting and preparing young people before their mobility experiences.
- Communicating with European partner organisations.
- Creating information materials and social media content.
- Helping with workshops, events and participant support.
- Assisting with project documentation and reporting.
Location: Graz, Austria (on-site)
Working time: Full-time / Part Time
- 18 years of age or older.
- Resident of an EU Member State other than Austria (applications from neighbouring countries are especially welcome).
- Passion for sustainability, climate action, nature conservation and working with young people.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Basic digital and Microsoft Office skills; interest in AI tools is a plus.
- Motivation to learn, take initiative and work in an international team.
This placement may be supported through the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) programme for eligible applicants.
