Your Role in our Team

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to provide direct, high-impact support to the Chief Executive Officer. This is a strategic role for an EA with a strong foundation in executive support and stakeholder engagement. This role demands more than calendar management - it requires a strategic, analytical, and business-savvy professional who can act as a execution partner to the CEO. The EA will help manage complex operational matters, facilitate executive communications, and provide administrative excellence at the highest level.

Your core responsibilities

Executive & Strategic Support

  • Strategically manage and optimize the CEOs calendar, high-level engagements, board meetings, and strategic reviews with utmost precision and confidentiality.
  • Draft executive reports, talking points, meeting briefs; meticulously record, track, and follow up on critical action items and decisions.
  • Oversee CEO’s personal office operations, delivering flawless coordination across all facets.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Compose and oversee high-calibre correspondence, memos, and reports on behalf of the CEO.
  • Act as primary liaison with internal departments, external partners, government entities, investors, and regulators in renewables sector.
  • Represent the CEO in select meetings or communications, ensuring swift and effective follow-through.

Confidential Document & Office Management

  • Maintain secure digital and physical filing systems for sensitive business, financial.
  • Enforce strict access controls and discretion protocols for confidential materials.
  • Streamline CEO office operations, managing incoming requests and task delegations efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
  • 5-7 years executive support experience at senior leadership level in leading corporate/conglomerate environments.
  • Expertise in MS Office suite a must, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) advantageous.
