Solar & Utility Sales Specialist (Commission-Based)

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team representing cutting-edge solar and energy programs. As a Door-to-Door Sales Rep, you’ll play a key role in helping homeowners reduce their utility bills and transition to clean, renewable energy—while earning uncapped commissions. What You’ll Do:

• Go door-to-door in residential neighborhoods, introducing customers to renewable energy and utility-saving options

• Educate prospects on how solar and energy solutions can benefit them financially and environmentally

• Customize solutions based on the homeowner’s needs

• Guide customers through the enrollment process

• Maintain records of customer interactions and progress in CRM tools

Compensation:

• 100% commission-based

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills

• Fluent in English (Spanish bilingual a plus)
