Consulting Senior Associate - Corporate Sustainability & Climate Change
Job Summary:
As a Junior ESG Analyst / Consultant, you will support the delivery of sustainability and ESG advisory projects, working closely with senior consultants and project managers. This role is ideal for candidates who demonstrate a strong interest in greenhouse gas accounting and disclosure, decarbonization, climate-related disclosure and reporting frameworks, and broader sustainability trends, combined with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and delivering Climate and ESG advisory projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Collect, validate, and analyze greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting data, and prepare dashboards, reports, and presentation materials.
- Conduct research on sector-specific GHG accounting issues and trends, and contribute insights to thought leadership content.
- Participate in client meetings, prepare relevant documentation, and support client communication and relationship management to ensure project success.
- Continuously monitor evolving climate disclosure frameworks and best practices, and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Deliver accurate, high-quality outputs within agreed timelines, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in environmental science and engineering, sustainability, economics, engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: 1 – 4 years in in greenhouse gas accounting and verification, ESG consulting, sustainability reporting, or related area.
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; exposure to data visualization tools is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
