- Carbon emissions accounting and analytics
- Compliance and voluntary emissions reporting

- Relevant tertiary education in science, economics, finance, public policy, law, and/or engineering.
- Experience in (or demonstrated interest in) Australian climate policy and regulations through coursework, internships, research, or applied projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to quickly get across new systems.
- Ability to multi-task, handling multiple project assignments with strict deadlines.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to understand complex numerical information and use it to tell a story in reports.
- Strong motivation and willingness to be flexible across different technical disciplines.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to confidently engage and consult with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong commitment to safety; ability to follow established health and safety protocols.
- Prior consulting experience
- Experience with data visualisation tools (eg. PowerBI)
- Familiarity with emissions accounting and modelling
- Familiarity with Australian emissions regulations/processes (e.g., National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting (NGER), the Safeguard Mechanism, Clean Energy Regulator, Greenhouse Gas Protocol)
- Knowledge of climate risk assessments (physical and transition risks) and scenario analysis
- Understanding of supply chain and lifecycle emissions footprints
- Basic proficiency in Python or R
