Purpose The Supply Chain Procurement Administrative Assistant will be responsible for aiding the Supply Chain Team in maintaining the accuracy of the ERP system.

Essential Job Functions

· Use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to perform the following tasks:

o Purchase Orders

Acknowledgements

· Update Acknowledgements as received through leesportprocurement@indicon.com email address

· Update or Add Ship/Tracking information in Syteline for use by non-Procurement Indicon staff members.

Past Due PO Lines

· Clean up existing Past Due lines by updating the system.

· Identify true Past Due lines.

· Escalate Past Due lines to appropriate team members or to SC Manager.

o Purchase Orders – Receiving Errors

Review Receiving Errors Cart to identify Purchase orders that cannot be received in.

o Purchase Orders – Invoicing (3-Matching) Errors

Identify and rectify the invoicing errors.

Maintain KPI file to monitor Invoicing Error KPI.

o SIM Board – updates and escalations

Update both Electronic and Production SIM boards to reflect most accurate and up to date information.

o Environmental Compliance tracking in ERP system.

· Perform additional duties as required by the Supply Chain Manager.

· Ensure staff members follow all safety regulations.

 

Requirements

· The position will be filled by a candidate interested in pursuing or continuing to develop their office and manufacturing skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, including a working knowledge of Excel.

· Ability to quickly learn how to interact with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System – Syteline 10 knowledge a plus but not required.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Detail Oriented and an awareness of soft skills.

· Follow 6S practices daily.

· This is work that requires the following physical activities: sitting, sifting, twisting, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing, and visual acuity.

· Extended periods of sitting are routine, and the job may require the ability to lift 50 lbs.

 

Education/Experience

· Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or related field.

· High School diploma or equivalent

 

Working Environment

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
  • Frequently communicates with employees, vendor and logistical companies
