Eosol Group is seeking a Civil Supervisor – Photovoltaic Projects to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of renewable energy by overseeing the civil construction activities for our photovoltaic projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in civil supervision, specifically within the solar energy sector. You will be responsible for ensuring that all construction work adheres to project plans, technical specifications, and schedules, while also coordinating effectively with contractors and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise civil construction activities in photovoltaic projects, including earthworks, foundations, access roads, drainage systems, platforms, structures, and auxiliary works.
  • Verify that all work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and the construction program.
  • Coordinate and monitor the performance of contractors and subcontractors on-site.
  • Control physical progress and assist in the preparation of daily and weekly progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations in Texas, USA.
  • Oversee adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) quality standards.
  • Support the resolution of technical interferences and scope changes during project execution.
  • Participate in inspections, site reviews, and work front release processes.
  • Coordinate activities with engineering, planning, and HSE departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction supervision, with a significant portion in photovoltaic or renewable energy projects.
  • Proven experience in managing earthworks, foundations, concrete structures, and site development.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and quality control.
  • Familiarity with HSE regulations and best practices in construction.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction schedules.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software for project management and reporting.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in USA.
  • Have a TN Visa or eligible to Work in USA for any employer.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with large-scale solar farm construction.
  • Knowledge of specific foundation types for solar panel mounting structures.
