Key Platforms

Smart Wind Turbines

Envision’s smart wind platform integrates advanced sensing, digital models and digital twin technologies via the Galileo SuperSense System. With 80+ GW installed globally, Envision ranks first globally in orders and second in new installations since 2022, maintaining a leading international market position.

Energy Storage

The energy storage platform provides full-stack capabilities across battery cells, BMS, PCS, EMS and SCADA, delivering integrated end-to-end solutions. The business ranks third in China and fourth globally, with 200+ projects and 15+ GWh in orders. The ecosystem includes Envision AESC (global battery leader) and Univers (AIoT-enabled digital energy management platform).

Green Hydrogen

Envision is developing large-scale integrated green hydrogen and ammonia industrial parks, including one of the world’s largest net-zero hydrogen projects in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia (1.5 million tons planned annual capacity).


Job Responsibility

1. Design, engineer, and optimize utility-scale energy storage systems and work with sales team closely to offer engineering solution to sales team and customers.

2. Analyse RFP documentation and assess project scope and risk.

3. Conduct technical design and presentations and provide clarifications to our sales team and customers.

4. Understand, interpret, and relay customer requirements into BESS technical solution designs.

5. Review and submit technical tender response bundles within deadlines.

6. Follow up and analyse previous technical tender submissions to understand outcome/result from technical point of view.

7. Understand and keep up with storage market technical and engineering requirements and trends.

8. Study competitive landscape for ongoing product technical solution development.

9. Collaborate with customers and commercial teams to support them to negotiate and finalise contracts from technical perspective.


Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Energy Engineering

2. Fluency in technical English is a must; Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred.

3. 7+ years of experience in relevant field, preferably incl. experience working for a DNO or TSO

4. Working knowledge of battery systems, power conversion systems, PPC/EMS/SCADA and grid connection processes for jurisdictions under your management

5. Familiarity with grid operator processes

6. Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and standards for BESS systems

7. Ability to size the Power Converter System (PCS) and battery system

8. Familiarity with design concepts related to short circuit protection, conductor sizing, thermal systems, safety systems, etc.
