Key Platforms
Smart Wind Turbines
Envision’s smart wind platform integrates advanced sensing, digital models and digital twin technologies via the Galileo SuperSense System. With 80+ GW installed globally, Envision ranks first globally in orders and second in new installations since 2022, maintaining a leading international market position.
Energy Storage
The energy storage platform provides full-stack capabilities across battery cells, BMS, PCS, EMS and SCADA, delivering integrated end-to-end solutions. The business ranks third in China and fourth globally, with 200+ projects and 15+ GWh in orders. The ecosystem includes Envision AESC (global battery leader) and Univers (AIoT-enabled digital energy management platform).
Green Hydrogen
Envision is developing large-scale integrated green hydrogen and ammonia industrial parks, including one of the world’s largest net-zero hydrogen projects in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia (1.5 million tons planned annual capacity).
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Tender Support
- Support European business development and sales activities, primarily for onshore wind and BESS, as well as future strategic and emerging businesses.
- Source competitive quotations and suitable partners to support project bidding, cost estimation and cash flow planning.
- Provide procurement and commercial input to support customer contract negotiations.
2. Project Procurement
- Develop project procurement strategies and manage end-to-end procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, RFQ/RFP, bid evaluation, commercial negotiation, contract award and supplier performance management.
- Ensure procurement activities are completed in line with project schedule, budget and quality requirements.
- Work closely with Project Management, Engineering, Sales, Legal and Finance to ensure procurement scope and requirements are clearly defined and executed.
- Support the effective handover of awarded procurement packages to the project execution team.
3. Project Execution & Commercial Management
- Manage supplier-related changes, variation orders, claims and commercial disputes during project execution.
- Monitor procurement commitments and budget utilisation, and identify cost risks and savings opportunities.
- Support resolution of supplier performance and contractual issues.
4. Supplier Sourcing & Market Development
- Develop and maintain a strong supplier, contractor and partner network across Europe, particularly in wind, BESS, power and related energy sectors.
- Continuously identify and qualify new suppliers and maintain market intelligence on supplier capability, capacity, pricing and supply-chain risks.
- Build constructive long-term supplier relationships and promote a professional and positive Envision image in the European supply market.
5. Project Close-Out & Other Responsibilities
- Conduct procurement reviews after project completion and maintain supplier performance records, cost benchmarks and price databases for future projects.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant procurement, sourcing or supplier management experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in supplier sourcing, qualification, commercial evaluation, negotiation and supplier relationship management.
- Good knowledge of the European supplier market; established supplier resources in onshore wind, BESS, power, electrical infrastructure or renewable energy are highly preferred.
- Possess a sound working knowledge of legal, finance and supply chain principles relevant to procurement, including contract terms, payment structures, budget control, cash flow and supply-chain risks.
- Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills and cross-functional coordination capability.
- Fluent English and German are mandatory, both written and spoken.
- Preferably base in Germany. Willingness to travel across Europe as required.
